Warranty Information - Origyn Sport
Origyn Sport offers certain warranties for each different product.
OrigynPlus Basketball
Products can be replaced if any of the following incidents occur:
* The product does not bounce as normal when aired up properly.
* The product is deformed upon arrival.
* The product comes apart completely within the first 15 days of usage.
* The ball does not hold air properly.
* There is a total of 60 days attached to all policies, unless another time period is specified.
Before any warranty actions can be fulfilled, any customer must contact the Origyn Sport Team by using the button below.
Origyn Sport will replace OR refund the basketball once approved for this action. Our team will communicate with you for those next steps!
