To make our return process as fluent as possible, please be sure to review and follow all proper steps of our policy.
* Products may be returned up to 30 days from the date your order was placed.
* Products must be unused, still in brand-new condition, and contain original packaging. The customer will send the return package back to Origyn Sport (returns address below) in its' original packaging. For returns, we require customers to use a shipping box as well. Insert the Origyn Sport packaging into the shipper and send to the address below (see bottom section labeled "returns address").
* Customers must contact the Origyn Sport Team before making any steps towards a return. Click on the button below to contact the Team.
* Products are not able to be exchanged, unless approved by the Origyn Sport Team. However, products can be replaced, but only under the following circumstances below:
* All returns will require a 25% restocking fee. This fee will implemented into the refund that occurs with the return.
For example: If a customer refund equates to $100.00, they will be refunded $75.00
* Customers will be responsible for all return shipping fees and costs. Defective product shipping costs, however, will be handled by Origyn Sport (SEE BELOW).
* The Origyn Sport Team understands that sometimes customers may make mistakes when ordering. Usually, this mistake is the wrong size of the product being ordered. If you order the wrong size of a certain product and want to exchange, please contact the Origyn Sport Team for more information.
* DETAILS: These exchanges can be completed if the product is in brand new condition and returned to Origyn Sport exactly as it was shipped to the customer. The customer will be expected to pay for shipping fees associated with the return shipment to Origyn Sport. Origyn Sport will approve the quality of the product and then return the proper size back to the customer's original shipping address, unless a new address is requested by the customer for shipment. Exchange shipments must take place within the same country as the original shipment.
NOTE: Defective products will be replaced at no charge to the customer. Customers that feel that their products are defective must contact Origyn Sport via email@example.com and provide evidence of any defective products before seeking any replacement. Please provide both an explanation and photos if necessary to show the defective qualities. (SEE WARRANTY INFORMATION for more details. Click on button below!). There is a 60-day period attached to the defective products policy. After 60-days, products cannot be replaced for any reason. This is due to wear and tear that comes with products during general use.

Customers will be refunded within 7-14 business days or sooner from the time in which Origyn Sport receives the returned goods.
